- Founded in Dalian on September 10, 2017, with a registered capital of 18 million RMB.

- In 2023, relocated to Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, with a registered capital of 20.1 million RMB.

Established the R&D laboratory of Stovinc Resources (Jiangsu) Technology Co., LLC, in the West Tai Lake Sci-Tech Industrial Park, Changzhou, and constructed a demonstration plant with an annual capacity at the thousand-ton scale.

In July 2024, the pilot plant for modifying the raw materials officially started operation.
