Recently, Dr. Zongchao Zhang, a nationally distinguished expert and Professor at Changzhou University, alongside his R&D team at the innovative enterprise Xin-ye-Zi-Yuan (Stovinc Resources), developed a novel technology for the production of biobased engineered wood using agricultural and forestry waste resources. Under Dr. Zhang’s supervision, the team achieved large-scale demonstration—at the scale of thousands of tons per year—of artificial wood production from various biomass wastes utilizing proprietary technology pioneered by Xin-Ye-Zi-Yuan. This advancement marks a significant milestone in promoting sustainable development while supporting ecological and environmental protection.
